Pekin Duck-Meat

Our 20 Pekin breeder ducks love to do it all themselves.   Every spring to early summer the female ducks make their

own nest where ever they like on the farm and start sitting.  The male drakes wait passionately by their side until hatching day.  We are always entertained on hatching day, when the babies hatch one by one.  The mother will stay on the nest until the very last hatchling is out but Mr. drake loves to announce the arrivals in style with honking and wings flapping. Our ducks have their own small pools to splash in and large areas to graze on.
